In the previous version of Prefs.txt there was an item named SScl with a default value of 1000. I had increased that to 1299.
In the new 2.6.1 version of Prefs.txt, it looks like the "scale" of SScl has been increased, as its default value is now 10000. Also, there is a new item named RScl, also with a default value of 10000.
Since there's no customization documentation yet available with 2.6.1 gold I don't know how these two new items and values relate to the earlier single SScl item.
(1) If anybody knows, what is the meaning of these two new items, and if I had set 1299 for the old single SSCl item, what should I set these two new items at to correspond?
(2) Also, I have a 3.0ghz P4 with 1gb of 400mhz memory and an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro video card. I'd like to try someone's suggested set of customization settings to obtain maximum performance and pleasure from G-Force on this high-end hardware (WinXP). Any recommendations?
